Intrepid Group announces the Namibian office. Rainer Wackerle has joined GeoIntrepid. He offers the full range of support and services. He is based in Windhoek.
Geomodeller is to be used to verify the emerging V2.0 ISO standard for geological data interchange is 3D compliant. This activity is known as "GeoModeller TestBed 3 Development"
Vista compatability requires a slightly newer Java Run Time environment 1.5.11 compared to what we have been shipping. This is just available from Intrepid as part of the standard product bundle.
An update for V1.2 Geomodeller is available. The recent advent of multi-core PC's has uncovered several threading/race conditions that have been addressed. High definition output rendering of faults & volumes is also improved greatly.

A revision of how we create and store Tensor grids has occured. All tensor grids show as a 6 band grid in ERMapper, with each Component correctly labelled.
This new release of GeoModeller fixes bugs and adds features. This is the final maintenance release of version 1.1, and includes improved image handling, data imports for TAB and Arcshape, and new graphic mouse modes.
A new tool to produce a fully featured scaled geological map is now available. This complements the 3D geology model building process and allows you to communicate with others in a traditional way, the full implications of your model.
