| The special case of regular prisms is used extensively in 3d modelling. The methods used have been updated and generalized in both Intrepid and Geomodeller, to incorporate facet codes optimised for the special cases. The complete package of calaculations span all possible quantities of interest, including the Full Magnetic gradient tensor. The thin body solution is also now available. This is a much more natural and appropriate code and breaks the mould of thinking of this as a line of "equivalent poles". |
